One Vision CBO First Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

All members of One Vision CBO are formally invited to attend our First Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on Saturday, November 7th, 2026 at Mwiki Community Centre.

The AGM is the highest decision-making body of One Vision CBO and attendance by all paid-up members is strongly encouraged. This is your opportunity to hold leadership accountable, participate in key decisions, and shape the direction of your organisation.

The AGM agenda will include:
1. Call to order and confirmation of quorum
2. Opening prayers
3. Confirmation of minutes from the Inaugural General Meeting (November 2025)
4. Chairperson's annual report — reflecting on Year 1 achievements
5. Treasurer's financial report — full income and expenditure statement for 2025/2026
6. Programme reports — updates on all five active programmes
7. External auditor's report
8. Budget approval for 2027
9. Election of new executive committee members (Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and two committee members)
10. Motions from the floor
11. Any other business
12. Closing remarks and prayer

To vote in the AGM, you must be a paid-up member (annual subscription KSh 500 paid). New members can pay on the day and participate immediately.

All financial and programme documents will be available for member review from 8:00 AM before the AGM begins at 10:00 AM.
